混凝土密封固化剂是一种活性的无色透明化学水性制剂,由无机物、化学活性物质和络合物组成采用独特配方,使用方便、无毒、不燃,可使混凝土表面的吸附性降低,防尘以及坚硬耐磨。其工作原理是与混凝土中大量的半水化水泥,游离石灰,钙发生化学反应(持续反应时间约为60-90天),形成一种永久性凝胶,该凝胶可在处理过的混凝土内部结晶成坚硬耐磨组织。从而得到一个无尘、致密的整体。
Concrete seal curing agent is a kind of active colorless and transparent chemical water preparation, which is composed of inorganic, chemical active material and complex compound. It is easy to use, non-toxic and non flammable. It can reduce the adsorption of concrete surface, dustproof and hard wear resistance. Its principle is to react with a large amount of semi hydrated cement, free lime and calcium in concrete (the reaction time is about 60-90 days) to form a permanent gel which can crystallize into hard and hard wear tissue in the treated concrete. Thus a dustless and compact whole is obtained.
