答案是:不能。混凝土密封固化剂是渗透型地面材料，它无法在表面形成任何形式的厚度堆砌，它的平整度基本是依靠打磨的施工来完成，如果混凝土表面落差非常大，那么打磨的深度也会随之增加，只是依赖打磨做到混凝土的镜面平整则会有可能将混凝土找平层完全打磨掉，我们一般要求新的混凝土平整度达到国家混凝土浇筑定，而旧混凝土我们会做到区域性达到“镜面”效果。
