劣质固化剂已经成为目前玻璃钢行业的害群之马
过氧化甲乙酮(MEKPO)是玻璃钢常温固化工艺中最常用的固化剂,其用量通常为树脂用量的1%-2%。虽然用量很小,却对玻璃钢制品的质量起到至关重要的作用。据统计,目前有超过50%的树脂固化质量不良问题是由劣质固化剂引起的。因此,劣质固化剂已经成为目前玻璃钢行业的害群之马。

目前国内生产过氧化甲乙酮的工厂很多,但是大部分都是小型作坊式的企业,既没有技术标准与规范,也没有质量控制的手段,尤其缺乏足够的安全设施。在过去的20年里,国内所有的过氧化甲乙酮厂几乎都出现过各种大小的安全事故,可以用伤亡惨重来形容。不仅如此,由于劣质过氧化甲乙酮所引起的运输、仓储和使用过程中的安全事故也是常见报端。因此,劣质过氧化甲乙酮不仅严重危害玻璃钢制品的质量,而且严重危害生产企业、运输企业和使用单位的生命和财产安全。
At present, there are many factories that produce MEK, but most of them are small-scale workshops, which have neither technical standards and specifications, nor means of quality control, especially lack of sufficient safety facilities. In the past 20 years, almost all of the domestic MEK peroxide plants have had various kinds of safety accidents, which can be described as heavy casualties. Not only that, because of the poor quality of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide caused by transportation, storage and use of the process of safety accidents are also common reported. Therefore, the poor quality of MEK peroxide not only seriously endangers the quality of FRP products, but also seriously endangers the life and property safety of production enterprises, transportation enterprises and users.
