1.旧地面应先除去表面涂层（如蜡层、养护剂、树脂类涂料等）及油污。重度油污的地面，需经过适当的处理后才可施工高渗透密封固化剂；

2.施工温度：2℃<地面温度<50℃；

3.包装桶密封，0℃以上保存，存储期不限，若有浑浊现象，使用前摇匀即可；

4.运输时检查包装是否完整、密封，发生泄漏时用大量水冲洗；

5.此产品无腐蚀性，无毒、无味；但注意不能长时时间浸泡在高渗透密封固化剂里，避免儿童接触。
