多胺类固化剂的化学结构和与双酚A树脂固化物的性质
Chemical Structure of Polyamine Curing Agents and Properties of Bisphenol A Resin Curing Agents
对光泽来说,芳香族最好,脂肪族最差。此性质受固化温度的影响,随温度升高,光泽变好。至于柔软性,官能基间距离长的聚酰胺更优良一些,而交联密度高的芳香胺则差。耐热性与柔软性正好相反,而粘接性则与柔软性一致。
For luster, aromatics are the best and aliphates the worst. This property is affected by curing temperature, and the gloss becomes better with the increase of temperature. As for softness, polyamides with long distance between functional groups are better, while aromatic amines with high crosslinking density are worse. The heat resistance is opposite to the softness, while the adhesion is consistent with the softness.
耐药品性(耐酸性)受化学结构影响,芳香族比较优良,脂肪胺和聚酰胺则易受化学药品腐蚀。耐水性受官能基质量浓度的支配,官能基质量浓度低、疏水度高的聚酰胺类更耐水,而官能基质量浓度高的芳香族则差一些。
Drug resistance (acid resistance) is affected by chemical structure, aromatics are better, aliphatic amines and polyamides are vulnerable to chemical corrosion. Water resistance is controlled by the mass concentration of functional matrix. Polyamides with low mass concentration and high hydrophobicity of functional matrix are more resistant to water, while aromatics with high mass concentration of functional matrix are worse.
